This ventilator was purchased from a local government agency.

This ventilator is NOT in working order.

Upon testing the ventilator fails self test due to the below errors:

* FS0001 – O2 Flow Sensor Cross Check Failed (Q1)

* FS0003 – Air Flow Sensor Cross Check Failed (Q2)

* EST Passed.

* SST Failed: ‘Flow Sensor Calibration Failed’.

This could be a simple fix by replacing the Q1 & Q2 sensors [from USD $67.50 each].

This ventilator is also missing the GUI to BDU cable – REF 4-075864-00 – See last 2 images [from USD $40.00]

* Utilised a cable from another unit to test

Ventilator hours : 20,535.
