Description
The duplicator powers on, initalises (print head moves side to side) and shows no signs of errors. Power light is on and stable.
Once the software (PTPublisher) is started up, the print head moves side to side, and the robot arm lowers and raises in each of the CD bins (likely to check disc levels) before it returns to base. However, the internal blue light flashes consistently.
The software suggests that there is Yellow, Cyan and Magenta ink available but does not detect the black ink (see images). This could be the reason why the blue internal light is flashing.
For this reason, we were unable to do any further testing. Could be a simple fix where just the black ink cartridge needs replacing
